Your equipment was purchased through an unauthorized third-party reseller.

Your equipment has accidental damage, such as but not limited to: cracks, water damage, or other damage beyond the scope of normal use.

Your equipment has cosmetic damage on its appearance due to incorrect cleaning, including but not limited to: scratches, wear, stains, color changes, or other appearance variations occurring during normal use that do not affect functionality.

Your equipment is damaged due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, or other changes beyond normal operation and use.

If your equipment has already been discontinued, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. However, we assure you that the replacement device will be of equal value to your original purchase.
